Welcome to the Rocky Mountain Gymnastics Training Center, commonly referred to as simply ‘The Rock’ and home to Gold medal winners Kaylie Cruz, Lauren Tanner and Payson Keeler.

The gymnasts’ lives revolve around training and they are bound by strict rulesthat forbid relationships, jobs, and any real social life. While their individual skills make each of the gymnasts serious contenders at the Olympics, the group is continuously fraught with internal conflict that threatens to distract them from their goals.

Sample Paragraph: It had been a total of a week since the US win at worlds, but it still hadn't quite kicked in to Kaylie just yet, but what had fully kicked in to the gymnast was her anorexia and now that it was open information she felt better about it, like she could actually move on from it even though she was going to be known as the girl with anorexia, and it also felt good showing the whole gymnastic industry how it was wrong of them to lower the scores of girls who battled with the disease, also lowering the scores of the team the girls were in. But not only did she prove them wrong she finally proved to herself that she deserved to be titled as national champion, yeah sure at times she would scream it from the top of her lungs how she deserved to win nationals but other times she only felt like she had won because of Payson breaking her back. All that was behind her now, it had to be. Their next stop was the Olympics, and Kaylie had to prepare herself for the hardest year of her life, she had to prepare the girls and keep them focused on the sport because they were also going in to the Olympics by her side, and she wouldn't have it any other way. "Today is going to be a beautiful day" after staring at herself in the mirror for about thirty seconds she finally broke out and said, it was something her psychiatrist suggested that she did every morning to lift her mood, even he admitted to it being a little dull but it worked. And with that she flashed herself a nice smile and headed downstairs before making her way through the door and to the rock.

Kelly Parker (PB; Nicole Anderson)Kelly is the former National Champion, and a Denver Elite gymnast. She is manipulative, determined and often cruel. While to the media she is charming, sweet, and commited to her ’clean’ image, she is not above bringing down the gymnasts around her to win. Kelly stepped in for Emily to compete on the Worlds team and helped her country take home the Gold.

Emily Kmetko (PB; Chelsea Hobbs)Emily is The Rock’s newest gymnast, but after winning a bronze and a silver medal at the Rock’s invitational against the Chinese, Emily proves she’s a serious contender for the Olympics. She may even have convinced herself that she really belongs in the rarefied air of competitive gymnastics.

Lauren Tanner (PB; Cassie Scerbo)Lauren is ‘Queen of the beam’ and also an class-A bitch. As a classic spoiled rich girl she tends to get everything she wants when she wants it. With all that in mind she is extremely vunerable, and her need to feel wanted shows in the way she flirts and hooks up with some of the guys at the gym. Lauren has sex appeal and with her sexy beam routine at Worlds, Lauren helped take the Gold home for her country.

Payson Keeler (PB; Ayla Kell)Payson used to be the #1 gymnast at the Rock. After suffering a tragic accident that left her with a broken back, not to mention a broken spirit, Payson was told she’d never do gymnastics again. With the opportunity to undergo cutting-edge surgery to fix her spine, Payson makes a come back like no other. She petitions onto the National team as an artistic gymnast, and helps her team take home the Gold at Worlds with a spectacular one footed landing on her vault.

Kaylie Cruz (PB; Josie Loren)Kaylie is one of The Rock’s top gymnasts and current National champion. After battling anorexia, Kaylie made the World’s team as well as becoming their team captain and helped her team take home the Gold for their country.
